Our Ugandan-grown passion fruit is an exotic, sweet, purple tropical vine fruit that can be a healthful addition to a balanced diet. Passion fruit contains high levels of key vitamins and minerals and is rich in antioxidants. People can eat the seeds and pulp, juice them or add them to other juices.

Pineapple.

Pineapples have a wide, cylindrical shape, a scaly green, brown or yellow skin and a regal crown of spiny, blue-green leaves and fibrous yellow flesh. The varieties most grown are smooth cayenne, queen and red Spanish. They are rich in vitamin C, manganese and numerous other vitamins and minerals.

Pumpkin

Pumpkins are fruit vegetables that are round, with smooth, slightly ribbed skin and deep yellow to orange coloration. The thick shell contains the seeds and pulp and have a wide spectrum if bothh nutritional and medicinal values.

Hass-Avocado

The two most widely marketed avocado varieties are the pebbly-textured, almost black Hass and green Hass. We mainly deal with the Hass type of avocado, which is grown at our farms and with our partner farms around our country, Uganda, in Africa.

Jumbo-Avocado

It is a local variety native to East Africa with a smooth, shiny, green skin but others turn purplish-black when ripe. The Jumbo avocado is larger in size compared to other varieties. It has a yellow, creamy flesh.

Jack fruit
